Hi all,

I'm getting error 2003 (abnormal station drainage) way too often and wanted to know if others are seeing the same thing.

For context: I previously owned the Narwal Flow 1 for 7 months and never once encountered this issue : so it's not an environmental problem on my end.

I've had the Flow 2 for 15 days now. Out of 24 uses, the error has occurred 6 times. The station fills with water and simply doesn't drain. Removing the debris filter plate (as shown in the photos) always fixes it temporarily, but that's not a real solution. If I'm away for the weekend and it happens, the robot just sits wet for two days, refuses to start another clean, and leaves the house unfinished. That already happened and I was really disappointed.

I've also made sure to clean the debris filter plate every time since this started : it's never clogged, so that's not the culprit.

I've submitted a support ticket to Narwal and suspect this might be a design issue with the filter plate itself.

Has anyone else run into this? Any workaround that actually works long-term?
