Context: I was abused by my father growing up, I was never really allowed to be myself and I was taught to be macho and indoctrinated with toxic masculinity.

I'm actually highly creative and artistic. I love making stuff and finding different ways to express myself.

I just feel conflicted at times because I wonder if me being so playful and expressive makes me childish or whether this is something to be ashamed of?
