I got a careless driving ticket I plead not guilty in court Monday and I have to go back next month is it really worth it ? I was driving to work and I was turning left at the light I saw a cop just sitting in the turning lane and I honestly knew he was gonna be on bs.. so I was just driving and honestly everybody else around me was speeding I don’t understand how I got pulled over I was going 45 in a 55 I didn’t even get up to speed only because I noticed him coming up behind the person that was behind me fast i don’t know how he got behind me but he was following me for a while so as i was coming to a red light and as i started slowing down my car started going into the other lane a little bit and as soon as the light turned green i corrected it and he pulled me over.
