Hi all,

I’ve just begun taking compounded intranasal ketamine, 1 spray in each nostril twice weekly. I’ve noticed on the days off in between, I feel super irritable and angry. I’ve asked providers in the field and none of them have heard of this being a thing. So I’m here to ask if any of you have experienced it!

I considered that it may be a comedown of some sort, a mild withdrawal type of effect, etc, but my dose is low and I don’t think this is “supposed “ to happen.
