What's your biggest problem right now, and how much are you willing to pay to solve it?

I have a quick question for this community, founders, builders, operators, anyone

What are you or your company actually willing to pay for when it comes to Marketing/growth/customer service/customer support ?

I'm talking about:

  • User acquisition (paid, organic, or both)
  • User retention and reducing churn
  • Growth strategy
  • SEO
  • Outreach and distribution
  • Anything user-facing that moves the needle

And more importantly what does that budget actually look like? Ballpark is fine

I think this could be useful for a lot of people here, not just me. Would love to hear what the real pain points are from people who are actually building.

Day 1 - Reaching 100k in 100 days

Before I share my Day 1 update, I want to start by thanking this community.
The responses to my last post, both the supportive ones and the brutal ones, haven been super encouraging for me. I read every single one of them and responded as well. Appreciate every single one of you

Some of you asked me if I have any product? No I don't. Apart from my fulltime job I don't do not have any income source (scaryyyy)

What I actually did on Day 1

well, this is not my best day. I had a major launch at my full time job that ate up most of my bandwidth. But I still got some basic things done

  • Started mapping out my skills and where I should actually be building a presence (still working on it but it gave me some clarity)
  • Listing down some of the problems that I am facing at my work to see if i can come up with any solution

I’m challenging myself to make $100,000 in the next 100 days

Yeah, it sounds crazy. And honestly, maybe it is.

But I don't think it's impossible to achieve

People do life changing things all the time. I genuinely believe that if someone puts in consistent effort toward one thing, day after day, eventually something clicks.

So I’m going all in on this. Today is Day 0.

I’ll post daily updates here about what I worked on, what made progress, what failed, what I learned, and everything in between.

Just sharing some info for full transparency:

  • I already have a full time job in marketing and growth
  • I don’t have a big audience
  • I don’t have a powerful network
  • I’m literally starting from scratch

If you’re reading this and laughing, that’s fair. Laughing is good for health anyway

But honestly, I’m tired.I’m tired of hopping between jobs for the last 8 years, feeling stuck, and constantly wondering if life could look different.

I’m still grateful for all the experiences, but now I want change.

And for the first time in a long time, I feel fully committed to making it happen.

Maybe I fail publicly. Maybe this becomes the best decision of my life.

Either way, I’m documenting the journey.

See you on May 9 - Day 1.
