TLDR - I forgot to take Cymbalta for three days and when I took it again I had saw the face of god and it wasn't weeping this time.

Somewhere along the line last week, in the midst of switching to higher dosage and starting some mobic for a knee issue the visual cycle broke down and I forgot to take the cymbalta for three days. I def had withdrawal symptoms but attributed them to the mobic as apparently, minus the brain zaps, the side effects are very similar! I have ADHD and on weekends, when the routine is more relaxed I can have trouble remembering to do regular things like take meds, eat at the right times etc. Monday morning when the routine got back to normal I was taking meds and said wait a sec, I forgot to take this since Thursday. Took it. Zaps went away after like 6-8 hours. Best night of sleep I've had in a long long time. Yesterday I felt on top of things, social, not frozen by runaway anxiety, not constantly monitoring and fearing judgement. Today I'm back to "normal". Not crippled but not really feeling much. Even more depressing is the feeling like I saw what feeling ok would be like for a day and don't know if I'll ever feel that way again.
