Trying to sell a car, bank transfers
The guy came to test drive my car. He wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection, so we did that, and he is paying for it. He seems legitimate.
He wants to start a bank transfer now. He hasn't seen the title in person yet, and hasn't taken my information (name, address). He says he can't do a cashier's check because his bank (Capitol One) doesn't have a branch nearby.
