Hello, we are a group of 3 apartment-mates (Female only) looking for 1-2 people to add onto a lease contract at The Village Lofts (11024 Strathmore Dr) for next year (Sep'26-Aug'27). It's a 3bed 3bath - Two Doubles and One Single. You and a potential roommate will be occupying one of the double rooms. Rent is around $1200 a person (2400 for the whole room). It is fully furnished and utilities is estimated to be $60 a person.
