Just a thought
We have been told to take magnesium to “relax” our body as it is too tense, those especially suffering from numbness, increase your calcium and keep a ratio of 2:1 calcium to magnesium, I think for my case over consumption of magnesium for prolonged period kept my body more stiff and in a sympathetic state.
Now I I am supplementing with 50,000iu vitamin d, calcium, magnesium, zinc and k2. So far I felt improvement in my quads which are less stiff allowing me to sit for a longer duration and I am also able to sit upright for longer periods compared to before, vitamin d3 and calcium is for important for nerve signalling hence I am trying it out, I will update if I see any further improvements.
My theory is kinda like since I got it this hf during Covid, my initial symptoms was gut related. I got hf from pushing very hard during constipation(felt a pop in between my thigh). During Covid I stayed up at night and slept through the day with terrible diet. I barely got sunlight and I have dark brown skin(harder to absorb d3), I tried 5,000iu before it didn’t help much, most supplement don’t work for me I realised because my nerve signalling is so bad, benfotamine did help but it wasn’t too helpful.
