Just moved to Roanoke :) I am platinum blonde and need a stylist for a bleach retouch that works with Wella, or will allow me to bring my own product. I am a cosmetologist, no longer behind the chair. My friend has been doing my hair for 20 years. Nervous to get on the other side of the chair! Please help me find my new hair guru 💓
