What should i expect in terms of crowds and store openings during the chuseok weekend? Will the holiday begin Thursday to Sunday?

I struggle with buying bottled water in general, esp when i travel for 3+ days. Any hacks to reduce one time plastic use? Traveling with my Owala and yeti seem like a hassle given they are pretty heavy. Have you tried the silicone ones that collapse?

Will restaurants, shops, and skin clinics be open during chuseok? Should i avoid this period?
