PRE HEALTH IN CANADA

Hi! Is there any international student here who has done or is currently doing Pre-Health at Humber, Seneca, or Centennial?

I’m thinking about applying and would really love to hear about your experience. After finishing Pre-Health, was it hard to get accepted into the BSN or Practical Nursing program? How competitive was it?

I’m especially curious about how difficult it is for international students. Any advice or personal experience would really help. Thank you so much!

Victoria University for Nursing as an International Student, worth it?

Hi! I’m an international student and I’m considering Victoria University in Melbourne for nursing. My plan would be to do the International Foundation program first and then progress into the Bachelor of Nursing.

I’ve seen very mixed opinions online about VU. Some people say the university reputation doesn’t matter much for nursing in Australia as long as the degree is accredited, while others strongly advise against VU because of placements, teaching quality, or graduate opportunities.

So I wanted honest opinions specifically from people who studied nursing at VU (especially international students) Also, compared to universities like Deakin, RMIT or La Trobe, is the difference really significant in terms of employability?

I’m trying to make a realistic decision because tuition is a huge investment for me.
