Going to Kaiser PT is pointless as it takes months to get in and then they just give you a list of exercises and put 100% onus on you for not healing. I don’t have EDS cause I don’t meet enough of the Brighton score criteria, and I really think I’d benefit from getting assessed and treated someone who knows about hypermobility beyond hEDS. Everytime I mention HSD, it’s pushed aside and never addressed, or I’m told they can’t do anything anyway. What do you suggest one do?
