I am writing to you as the Head Coach of the HArnasiESport organization. We are currently facing a significant issue regarding the professional standing of one of our roster members (mlodydaniel7) and the services we are paying for.

Our team is currently participating in the official ESEA league, and our player is a paying ESEA League Pass subscriber. Unfortunately, due to a security breach that occurred 8 months ago (stolen profile), his account status has been restricted.

There is a verifiable 8-month inactivity gap on that profile which serves as technical proof of the loss of access. We have attempted to resolve this through the standard channels, but your automated systems are currently preventing any human review of the facts.

As an organization, we are paying for a service that is not being delivered, and our league season is being severely impacted by this lack of communication.

Could you please ensure that a Senior Administrator manually reviews the inactivity logs for Case #13134390? We are looking for a professional resolution so our team can fulfill its league obligations.
