Thinking of picking it up from eBay either graded or raw. Thoughts on this vintage card?

Got so much Pokemon cards since 1999. Recently finally decided to start grading these cards that were in top loaders and binders as I was afraid to before because of horror stories and wait times but then I took the leap of faith 😂. Bought a few vaulted collection display cases. This was a beautiful time of childhood for me. Always had the game boys to play the red and blue Pokemon games. Here’s a few of the collection.

Now they’ve become assets to pass onto my kids.
