Travelling from the UK next month. Doing a coastal/highway 1 drive from LA up to San Francisco with stops along the way.

I know national parks are a nofly, so not planning to. More interested in spots along the coast or open areas where it's actually worth pulling over and flying. I have a lot of mixed information from my research online.

Any practical tips for a UK visitor flying in the US would be appreciated, I am done with the TRUST test, aware of B4UFLY.

Thanks in advance!
