Hey 👋

So I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for almost 2 years now, my initial results came back as

Serum free T4 7.7pmol

Serum TSH levels 24.6

Serum thyroid peroxidase antibody concentration 265iu/mL

I take 112mg of levothyroxine and my recent serum free T4 levels are 18pmol and my Serum TSH levels are 1.4

I work in a physical job on the beach so I do a lot of walking, I also try and go to the gym on a regular basis, although recently I haven’t been able to go due to severe fatigue and brain fog.

I have cut out gluten from my diet now and the brain fog and fatigue has lifted some what which has been nice, the inflammation has also gone down a lot in the past 30 days (the first photo was 30 days ago when I had an outbreak of shingles) the second photo was taken at the weekend.

What else can I do to try and up my energy levels and get back into the gym?

I take supplements throughout the day at various intervals so they don’t interfere with each other but I’m wondering if I will ever actually not feel exhausted?

Any advice is appreciated 👍
