I think I did a very dumb thing…

I had a reusable glass*** water bottle that was nearly full. It had been in my room for about little less than a week. I thought instead of wasting it, I would just water my plants…

This includes a Thai Constellation, pothos, and Swiss cheese monstera. (Which all get hella light in a 360° window).

However, this was no ordinary water bottle.
It had an electrolyte “salt” packet in it.
And again, this was nearly full…….

I feel like I just poisoned them…

Are my plants dead???
I just watered the hell out of them to try to flush some of it out of the soil, but now I’m dreading watching them die off over the next few days.

Any suggestions? As I freaking out for nothing?
