Looking for mortar recommendations for an upcoming interior installation of thin brick veneer. We're building a model home inside of a conditioned space. The framing crew used DensGlass sheathing for the exterior and as a tile guy I don't have much experience with bonding to this material. Thin brick is lightweight, and my tile guys want to us AcrylPro because of the ease of install. I noticed on the AcrylPro TDS it mentions that it is NOT approved for use on fiberglass substrates. Anyone have a mortar recommendation for this install? After looking through several data sheets I can't seem to find one that specifically lists fiberglass sheathing as an approved substrate. I'm not sure if that's because DensGlass is typically only used in exterior applications, so there's no need to really consider it when they put these data sheets together. Or if the fiberglass itself has some quality that prohibits adhesion.
