After buying many many better amps, turns out I still love the line 6 spider 3 insane mode specifically. And the head was 80$ lol. This was my first half stack I bought for 100$ 6 years ago, and this one isn’t leaving. Surprised nobody enjoys these for metal, it’s a really fun amp.

Picked up a teal stripe ultra 60 head yesterday, stumbled upon a triumph 60 PAG for 100$ on Craigslist today. Somehow having an easier time getting teal stripes than later ultras lol.
I got this peavey ultra 60 for a good deal, and was just wondering if it’s super different from the later ultra plus. I have a XXX as well, and collect these things. Is the ultra plus enough of a difference between the original ultra to justify the purchase? Thank you guys!
