Hi everyone,

Bit of an odd question. Does anyone know the process for locating a car’s owner?

I see a beautiful vintage car on my way to work every morning and have stopped by to check it out a couple times. It never moves, has flat tires, cracked rubber seals, etc… (been sitting there more than a year). I have left a note but got no response/ I’m not convinced the owner ever saw it. Is there a process for finding the owner? I’d love to buy and restore it! Thanks!
