Didn't realise I misspelt the title, apologies, meant to say potentional

* Age: 2
* Sex/Neuter status: Spayed
* Breed: Domestic Shorthair
* Your general location: UK

For context, vets have been involved previously and gave her a steroid shot, told me that because its so infrequent it isn't too much of a concern, she had another attack today, last one was mid January. I have made adjustments at home to try and stop them happening as much as I can (air purifiers, unscented litter, natural non scent cleaners etc)

My vet advised to monitor it and if it happens more frequently to bring her in again but I'm worried as its obviously quite scary for me to see. Am I doing the right thing by not making it a serious issue currently because of it still being infrequent or should I get her another vet appointment just in case?
