When transport trucks make people panic

At a stop sign, an Audi is sitting behind a GMC when a transport truck starts coming in for a left turn. Plenty of room, normal situation… until the GMC panics and slams into reverse, right into the Audi.

Here’s the thing. Those trucks are built for tight turns. The driver should know what they’re doing. You don’t need to play hero or start guessing moves at a red light. Stay calm, stay put, and let the truck do its job. Unless you're encroaching on a lane or walkway, you shouldn't panic. Even then, think before making a move.

And if you are going to throw it in reverse, at least look behind you first. One bad reaction turned a non situation into an accident real quick. Relax, pay attention, and stop creating problems that weren’t there to begin with.

Customers who get bait & switched be like

If you get bait and switched on a rate, don’t go along with it.

If a broker locks you in, then needs to raise the price to “find a driver,” that was most likely their game from the beginning. Either renegotiate on your terms or walk. Nothing moves unless the rate confirmation matches what was agreed, in writing.

In order for this to be affective, you must read what you're signing. No cancellation fees. Estimated pickup window must be documented. The rate should include everything and the verbiage should be clear.

Then make some noise. Leave reviews on places like Google Reviews, Yelp, and Better Business Bureau. Be clear, factual, and include screenshots if you have them. That’s how you protect the next person and hit bad brokers where it hurts.

If it smells off, it is.

Some people don't understand how things work

I'm willing to bet she would lose her mind if that gas station ran out of fuel.

Arrested for D.U.I.

4 minutes, cop lights behind him while he swerves from side to side on the highway. Smh.
