So if I go and pet/scratch my quakers head, hes fine and accepts it but when I go to move my hand away at a normal speed he kinda goes to nip at it and sometimes does get me, not too painful but somewhat, but if I move my hand away slow he doesnt. He knows he did wrong when he actually gets me because he puts his head down and backs away.

I've see videos before also, guess its a quaker thing, when you walk by their cage they kinda look like they wanna bite you but only if your passing by.. if you stop in front of the cage he just looks at me like "sup?"
