Hi all, I (31M) hopped on the oversized sneaker trend and got a pair of On shoes. They are comfortable to walk in, but they don’t feel natural to me. It makes me think - Is having too much support bad for my feet when they’re already healthy neutral feet?
I tried researching this, but am getting mixed results. Some medical professionals say it’s okay and others say it’s bad and that I should wear shoes with as little support as possible.
The past few years I’ve mainly been wearing vintage New Balances and leather dress shoes.
