Hello everyone Im trying to get into shape but feel like i'm not doing enough. I am doing am dieting and doing about an hour of cardio every day on my stationary bike. burning about 450 calories a session (according to bike) i don't use my hands when on the stationary bike as i hear that can fudge the numbers. my question is should i go to 2 hours on the weekends. part of me feels like thats to much for a beginner i have only been doing this for a week but the other part of me feels like what i'm currently doing is not enough.
