Hi,

I bought the Flow 2 this week and since the 2nd cycle I noticed a very loud high frequency rattling noise. This during vacuum + mop and mop only cycles.

Got in touch with support who asked to refit both the brush and the mop. Of course this did not solve the issue (expecting a faulty onboard water pump). Anyone else who experiences the same issue?
