Hey all. I’ve been doing just estrogen for about 6+ years with literally no issues. I still have random periods. I know, totally crazy of me. I recently added T and that’s been fine.

I now added progesterone and now I cramp, spot, and bleed daily. Been about 2 weeks now. And my labia have shrunk and no longer exist. Anyone know what’s up? Too high of a dose? It’s 150mg.

Do I need to increase E? Lower the P?
