Akhirnya!

Kayaknya jarang project showcase non-software, so pengen sharing modifikasi kustom shroud GPU buatan sendiri.
Sapphire RX 9070 Nitro+

Bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa thermal dan menurunkan kebisingan GPU namun tetap mempertahankan LED strip bawaan.

Prototype shroud didesain sendiri menggunakan Autodesk Fusion free, PLA+ 0.2mm layer height. Fan menggunakan seadanya di rumah : Arctic P12, P12 Pro, dan P8

Data :

Ambient temp : 30.8°c 65~70% humidity. Custom fan curve.
Semua test dilakukan di kondisi ini.

Stock :

230w - Core : 68°c | Hotspot : 84°c
25~30% (700~1000 rpm) fan speed

Flash Bios ke XT :

370w - Core : 67°c | Hotspot : 95~99°c
75~90% (2200~2900 rpm) fan speed

Flash Bios ke XT & Custom shroud :
370w - Core : 67°c | Hotspot : 94°c
Persentase berbeda-beda — (1400~1500 rpm) fan speed

Kesimpulannya : performa fps dan clock speed sepertinya sama (antar flashed bios), belum benchmark. Performa thermal sama, namun performa kebisingan sangat membaik, sudah tidak memekakan telinga lagi, apalagi posisi PC ada tepat di samping user.

Worth it? untuk biaya print 81K dan pakai fans seadanya worth it banget. tadinya mau watercooling, tapi hitung-hitung biayanya saja mending beli AC inverter 1 PK. Sekian dan terimakasih.
