Has anyone had any luck with refunds in Aus??
So i got rhino approx 11m ago now and well my nose is worse than it was previously! Pre -op my Ct scan results showed midline nasal septum and everything was "normal"! Post surgery i now have a deviation and its just a disater and the cosmetic changes havnt beem met and when i brought it up at my 6wk review i got the usual "swelling, give it time" aswell as prescribing me valium ( To get me out of my head)
Anyway ive sent then an email at 9m requesting a refund for revisiom and he will not be touching my face again (more professionally, ive made a paper trail to escalate) and stating my issues and the new functional issue (feels partically blocked most of the time and i have to manually clean) and they are still trying to say it swelling and delfecting and wont aknowledge anything just "come for a review so we can look " ive sent phtotos of everything twice at 9m and again at 11m.
Upon requesting my medical file, the whole thing is a mess amd they have from post op noted everything risk free and put 'disgruntled, nil concerns and prescribed vals (no documentation why lol!) And i called that out amung lots of mess in my file amd they womt aknowledge anything just swellong see you at 12m review (cheely fucks) Im fighting this even if it goes to court cause its a joke an yeah my nose is still big, hasmt been narrowed, my nostrils are uneven, the collumella is crooked and i now have a devation an dent in my nose cause it obvs wasnt done propley!! Im so pissed off at 40gramd you would expect what you paid for but its not even close, its worse!!!
So yeah just wondering if anyones had any thing similar ? Cause f#ck him, im coming for blood b#tch 😂
