Hello!

I am just curious. We (a group of 3) have travelled in China and Korea this month, never encountered any issue.

In Busan and Gwangju, all the taxis that we ordered through UberTaxi accepted us. Either the trunk was big enough for our 3 middle-size luggages, or we were sitting 2 people on the back with the 3rd luggage next to us on the floor (and 2 luggages in the trunk).

In Seoul, upon our arrival we have been rejected by 2 taxis saying “no, 2 only, 2 only”. No problem, so we ordered a Taxi XXL through Uber Taxi (which states “for big luggages”). The taxi XXL arrives and we clearly see that the trunk is big enough for our 3 luggages however… the driver refuses to take the 3 of us and say, again, “2 only”. We were very surprised, especially since the trunk was visibly big enough.

So, what’s going on in Seoul? Is there a specific regulation refusing groups of 3? Or 3 luggages? It’s very mysterious to me

Thank you!
