I encountered this Thanator in the clouded forest last night. It may look friendly in some of these shots, but it was actually trying to eat me the entire time. Pics 15 and 16 show visible bloody scratches/gashes because it had just clawed me at least three times lol. It took a lot of running, jumping, dodging or just accepting a hit, healing and pausing at the right time but I think I got some cool pics out of it. Even though it was still trying to eat me, I just didn’t have it in me to actually kill it after all the pics so I ran off. Last pic is more of a blooper but it made me laugh when I opened photomode and saw that freeze frame.
