Is anchoring with Rebar really necessary?
Building a gravel pad for a shed base. 9x9 Many of the videos I see are instructing to anchor the pad using rebar. Just wondering if this is really necessary. I realize the pad may shift over a period of time but its just for a 7x7 resin tool shed. Is that type of anchoring really required?
