hi all! currently got an offer to UTM cs (spec) and was wondering whether it is worth accepting the offer, as opposed to something like mac cs ?

realistically, how hard is utm cs? is it worth the academic stress? is it just better to go to mac, where co-op & admission in the program is guaranteed?

also, for UTM, are there any resources to prepare for the cs & math courses in the summer?

i've checked the POST reqs for 2026-2027 admission and it seems like its no longer competitive and is exactly like the USTG POST system. (https://utm.calendar.utoronto.ca/section/Computer-Science)

however, does this apply to the co-op program as well? is co-op competitive to get into or is it relatively easy? (co-op is something im really looking forward to)
