Be aware that this business is a total scam in my opinion. I read reviews before going with them and was cautious about using them and ended up giving them a chance to move my home from Houston to Utah. On the first call, they were extremely courteous and professional. I spoke to an individual that set up my account and moving date about three months out. We scheduled a video conference the next day to review the items I was moving which took about 45 minutes. I was assured that this price wouldn't change unless I added or deleted items from the agreed shipping list. They also offered me an expedited shipping deal for $1,500 which is a 5-day guarantee from pick up. I agreed to it and paid it along with the agreed price for shipping all my home goods. About a month out, I called as I had not heard from anyone and was told they would call me closer to the moving date and to not worry. About one week out I get a call from different person than the one that provided the quote stating he needed to do ANOTHER video review of all the items being transported. We started the process which took about an hour. During the video call I showed him exactly what I had shown the other person as well as showed him that my wife and I had packed all the fine China and stemware to assure we didn't lose anything as it was extremely valuable from a dollar and sentimental standpoint since it belong to my mother who had passed. This amounted to around 90 boxes, so I thought I was going to get a discount as that was actually included in first estimate I was given. After the video call I was informed that our price had gone up by $2,100 dollars. Since we were so close to move date, I decided not to argue it and go ahead and eat the difference although I was guaranteed NO PRICE CHANGE. This group will scam and if you don't believe me, just read the reviews about them. They didn't only increase my shipping price, but they also didn't meet the expedited ship date and when I confronted them, they stated I had to deal with the carrier and not them to get my refund. I just can't stand dishonest companies like this one...
