What got you into Avatar
I was curious to hear how you originally get into Avatar the Last Airbender. For me, a fairly new fan of this series. I had known for many years about Avatar and heard how good it was. Outside of the 2010 movie I had never actually seen the original series.
It wasn’t until the now leaked Aang Avatar movie did I become a fan. Like many others I had watched The leaked movie, I was very intrigued by the story and characters.
So of course as a result immediately after I began watching the original show, and as a person who is a huge fan of Star Wars I immediately fell in love with the Avatar. Avatar the Last Airbender is unlike any series I've had the privilege of seeing, Formatting incredibly well made characters, each intriguing and beautiful story, it's incredible art style and animation and all the smaller details that help to just create this overall incredible story.
After finishing the series I felt many emotions: unbelievable joy, immense guilt from watching the leaked movie, saddens that I didn’t start this series sooner, and overall incredibly grateful.
Since I finished the series I had bought the complete set on Blu-ray and re-watched it, purchased Book 1 soundtrack on vinyl, read and purchased the first comic and even going so far as to sign and contribute to a petition to see that the movie gets a theatrical release.
I understand the way I've got it into the series might not be the best and to some people I might not be a real fan. Still I'm curious to hear everyone else's experience.
