Best way to preserve academic emails before losing institutional access?

I’m about to lose access to my institutional email and I want to properly preserve evidence of my academic activities such as peer review and conference invitations for when I apply in the future.

What’s the best long-term way to save these emails so they still look credible and verifiable years later? Is “Print → Save as PDF” enough? Is there a faster way of doing it in bulk to a lot of emails?

Advice needed, please! Currently in my first year of internship (emtyaz). I am already done with step 1 and step 2, and have 2 months of USCE. Is it possible to apply to residency next September or will I have problems obtaining a SON since I would not have finished my second year of internship? Our university will give us our certificate of graduation in a few months so that's not an issue inshallah. Don't want to apply though and then not be able to secure a SON
