UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL POST — Please read my previous post for full context.

Unfortunately, things with Manifest Law have still not improved.
It has now been more than 6 months since I hired them and paid every installment on time. Despite countless follow-ups, emails, reminders, and constant chasing, I still do not have a finalized petition draft prepared.
At this point, the only substantial thing I have received are recommendation letters — and even those required repeated pressure and nonstop follow-up from my side. Every single day I am asking the attorney the same question: When will my petition draft finally be ready? And every single day the response is either silence, delays, vague timelines, or generic copy-paste replies that solve absolutely nothing.
Meanwhile, my visa timeline is becoming critical.
What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of urgency from the firm. This is not a casual process for clients. People’s careers, immigration status, families, and futures depend on these petitions. Yet my case feels completely abandoned.
Honestly, I no longer know what else to do.
I feel helpless, exhausted, and hopeless dealing with this situation. I trusted this firm with one of the most important legal processes of my life, and instead I have spent months chasing them just to do the bare minimum.
So yes — I will continue posting weekly updates about my experience until my petition is finally drafted, prepared, and submitted.
At this point, this is the only way I feel I have left to hold them accountable and to warn other people who may be considering using this firm.
I truly hope no one else has to go through this level of stress, uncertainty, and negligence from a law firm they trusted.
