I recently bought a new 35mm film scanner and software. It’s the Plustek OpticFilm 8200i SE scanner with Silverfast 9 software. I’ve been having trouble downloading the driver and connecting it to my Windows 11 laptop. I’ve tried the company’s support page and contacting them but have not received the support I need.

Does anyone have any recommendations for places, preferably in the city, where I can take my scanner and laptop to get help with setting this up?
