Hey guys, I’m taking the written exam in a couple of weeks and my local department uses the DELPOE exam. I’ve already completed the official Darany study guide a couple times over now and I was wondering if you guys had any words of advice? I’m still not sure what kinds of answers they’re looking for in the biodata section (I know honesty is the right answer there) and I can’t find really any information online from people who have taken the test. I want to give myself the best chance at passing, so any advice or input is appreciated. Also does having a high score on the written and/or physical tests actually set you apart as a candidate? Or is that just stuff people tell themselves?
