Is more money always worth it?
Started in sales 3 years ago, started at 64k, went to 110k including bonus - now got offered at a competitor 150k base 250 OTE. Decently happy at my current company but the competition wants me and willing to pay.
Anyone been in this situation before? I'm torn...
