Mg or als? Or stress?

Have been short of breath for 4 months. Constant lump in my throat feeling, my neck can feel weak , stomach feels full when i breath. i have had an xray, ct scan , v/q scan, sniff test which came back normal.

Only things that comes back abnormal is the pft tests. they show mild obstruction with hyperinflation with air trapping. Methacholine challenege also showed ashma. Ent said i had inflamed larnyx. i have no burning sensation though. thr biggest thing is my neck ferls so weak where constantly have to lay down.

Ive been struggling , cant work and am getting no answers.. Has anyone experienced anything like this. im a 30 year old female.

Mg? What are your thoughts?

Have been short of breath for 4 months. Constant lump in my throat feeling, my neck feels weak , stomach feels full when i breath. Swallowing saliva is oddly difficulty but food is fine. i have had an xray, ct scan , v/q scan, sniff test which came back normal. Very rarely my vision can come and go Where its unclear. more recently lost appetiate.

Only things that comes back abnormal is the pft tests. they show mild obstruction with hyperinflation with air trapping. Methacholine challenege also showed ashma but inhaler is not effective. pulmonologist said it could be false postive. Ent said i had inflamed larnyx. i have no burning sensation though (could be from clearing throat or coughing he said). the biggest thing is my neck feels so weak where constantly have to lay down. mornings feel slightly better. does this sound like mg? i haven't noticed weakness anywhere else. most days are spent laying around :(

i have an appt with my neuro in a month. im a 30 year old F for reference who use to work out 5 times a week which i no longer do.

ive been on a roller coaster ride for the last four months. since january ive been having worsening SOB, sleepless nights, and a tight weak neck. More recently no appetite and fatigue.

i saw a cardiologist. Echo and heart monitor clear.

i saw a pulmonologist last two months. Did a ct scan, v/q, pft's, sniff test, and methcoline. Pft and methacoline came back abnormal. I tried albuterol and it did not work.

my results from the pft showed mild obstruction with air trapping (hyperinflation)

the methcoline challenge dropped to 40% on my fourth dose. The doctor gave me terefly to try and see how i feel and if it helps.

my neck is very weak/tired. ent says i have an inflammed larnyx (possibly from silent gerd). i have a constant globus sensation feeling (lump in throat).

Im a 30 F for reference that never had any lung infections. Currently have no symptoms other than SOb and extreme fatigue and a weak/tight neck. Had to take fmla. My days consist of laying around.

only thing limb related is my left arm shakes very so slightly when i lift it up in the air.

does this sound like bulbar onset?
