I am not sure if this is an issue or not, but I noticed in upstairs bathroom, when toilet stops refilling, it makes a bit of a thud sound whereas the toilet downstairs is relatively silent?

Is this something to flag to developer (new build?)

Been in my new build 6 months now and noticed when I run hot water from upstairs tap in bathroom, this noise appears in the walls?

Any idea what this is?
