Hi. I’m located in Canada and I want to get the CAPM. How should I go about doing it? I want to get it as soon as possible. How long does it take on average to prepare for it? Thanks in advance!
You might have read my old posts but my boss is finally changing my role into something other than a lead. I work in a relatively small company and I just feel like a failure. Everybody else I asked told me that I did a great job, just because of a minor issue (which was fixed altogether afterwards), my boss is changing my role from a manager to something else.
Trust me, it’s not a matter of underperformance. Simply a “business need”. But I can’t help like a failure. This was my first ever managerial role and I can’t believe I won’t be one anymore. It’s my aspiration to be in management. To recruiters and other managers: would you judge someone like me to be an underperformer based on my resume? :(
