Projects vs Tasks
Getting more and more into cowork. I have built several tasks that now handle almost numerous workflows for monthly accounting close at a restaurant - booking payroll and payroll accruals, reconciling third-party payouts, recording credit card merchant fees and inventory adjustments etc. Mainly, just automating time consuming but relatively simple reconciliation and JE creation.
Question is, what are projects for? I'm having a lot of success with these separate schedules tasks, but I'm unsure when or why I would start using projects in cowork? What's the difference between a project and task?
