Hello everyone, i hope you've all doing great

This post is about what the title says , I know we might disagree in different things if so just give me your arguments respectfully.

FIRST: TAXES:

People who gets paid less than 50000 shouldn't pay any

People paid 5 0000 should be at 5% and increases by 1% for every 5000+ and stops at 10%

People who get paid 120000-249999 , 12-25%

More then 250000 get 1% add for every 10000dzd and stops at 30%

For companies :service should be 5-15%

Light industry 7-10%

Heavy 12-17%

Agricultural 5-10%

Light technology 5-7%

Heavy technology 7-10%

Health services 3-5%

For people who're in free jobs and investors in the stock market and virtual currencies its gonna be : 1-5%,5%,10-20% of the benefits

People who are getting married have one year free from all taxation with the exception of utilities.

Starting Local/national companies 2 years of zero taxation

Foreign companies have contracts none lesser than 5 years , 70% of their employees should be algerians for 3 years of zero to low taxes

Every percentage can be highered or lowered depending of our needs

SECOND: RETIREMENT :

For retirement i believe we should pass to a system by capitalisation , i don't like the idea of losing a part of my income to help people am not willing to help and I don't like the idea of being a burden on the back of people idk.

I know It might harm some people so that's why I decided for people who still have 10-15 years before retirement ( depends on how well paid is this job) can benefit from the contributions of the actual system.

Thirdly education:

For me, primary school should remain free

And it should be a period where the curiosity is encouraged and we should thought them different things for example scientific education ( have been a long time since I used this word) shouldn't only be focused on biology we can add some sorts of easy physics and informatics

The history and geographic should be watered down, what 7-9 years old gonna do with Jugurtha and massinica and the umayads and the tectonic plates and types of plants through algeria and the area of every Maghreb country.

It should be also be the years of determining the type of intelligence every child have to help them in their future orientations ( yes there's many types of intelligence not only the logic one { math physics..etc}->《world known iq》)

Civic education removed

For middle school:

I believe we should add 1 year for the middle schoolers

First 2 years should be a common branch

Third and fourth years we should have 2 branches ( languages/history focused one the other should be more focused in the different scientific subjects)

The last year they should be divided into more branches

1- language and history stays the same

The scientific branches :

2- nature sciences

3- physics oriented sciences

4- calculus focused math

For high-school:

We keep the same scientific branches

+ informatic oriented branch

Languages and history separat to :

1- languages

2- human sciences and the introduction of philosophy in this branch

For the first year

For the second year:

The nature sciences branche it stays the same also informatics till the end of high-school

Physics oriented sciences give us the 3 math-technic branches

Calculus oriented math give us matheleme

Economy and management stays the same

Languages is divided in foreign languages and arabe literature

Human sciences is divided into history branch and the philosophy branch and Theology branch

For the third final year:

management and economy is divided into:

Law focused and economy focused and accounting focused branches.

Adding the civic education + adult/professional life education ( no tests for this two )

sixieme/bem removed

Bac only the subjects of the specialty + language asked by the university/ higher schools

Arabic is only forced for 1 hours to the scientific branches

Free to choose the languages u want to learn ( for the two last years )

Primary school stays free

Middle school is free-500-1000dzd/trimester

High-school is 1500-2000-2500/trimester
