I just got hired as certified pharmacy tech at Walmart and I am thankful for the decent pay and easy as of now work because I am new, however I rarely got trained and when I ask the other techs for help it feels like it’s an inconvenience to them like I barely got any training and I’ve only been employed for 4/5 days. I feel like it’s unfair how I just never got trained I was just told to fill and to learn and shadow the other people at the register. What should I do? Did yall get trained and if so was it a trainer by your side?
