Year-round rental needed on Cape Cod (2BR+) – local professional, long-term, strong references

Hi everyone,

I’m a local Cape Cod photographer and have been living and working on the Cape full-time for the past 8 years. I’m currently looking for a year-round rental and hoping to stay here long-term.

I’m a quiet, responsible tenant who takes excellent care of my home. I run my photography business full-time, have steady income, and value a stable, peaceful living environment. Non-smoker.

What I’m looking for:

2+ bedrooms

House, cottage, or in-law apartment

Ideally Brewster, Dennis Port, Harwich, or Harwich Port, but I’m open to other areas across the Cape

Timing:

Ideally May 15th or June 1st, but I can be flexible for the right place

Budget:

$2,500–$3,000/month depending on the property.

I understand how competitive the Cape market is, so I truly appreciate any leads, referrals, or connections. I’m happy to provide strong references and any additional information if helpful.

Thank you so much,

Catherine
