Apparently they make 37k-45k a year. How is it that the new Mario movie grossed 781M and they animation is unbelievably good, and they can't pay the people who make it happen more?

For some reason blender is randomly deleting my rotation keyframes and I am not sure what to do. And before you ask, no its not that they aren't visible, its that they literally change the animation. Help?
