Is this old makeup OK to use?
I was looking through some makeup I was given 5-ish years ago and found a nice eyeshadow I liked. I don’t think I’ve opened the inner grey thing with the handle before, but when I opened to outer cap, I found these weird chunks of product in it. Is this still OK to use?
